Our History and Growth In 2013, founder Jeffrey Huang entered the industry as an apprentice. In 2015, we began taking on full-home renovation projects with proper building permits in place. In 2016, we expanded into residential additions and commercial renovation services. In 2018, we opened our first showroom and office in Richmond Hill (2,150 sq ft). In 2021, we relocated to our current office location and began operations (8,400 sq ft), expanding our team in the process. In 2022, we obtained our HCRA (Homebuilders Regulatory Authority) builder's license, qualifying us to take on residential development projects and sales for low-rise and high-rise buildings. We know we're not perfect. Our unwavering goal is to keep improving, learning, and embracing new ways of doing things. Our Mission: Making things simple
